Products

All our products comply with current European legislation and are therefore not tested on animals.

The products are made in Italy.

Yes, our products are suitable for all skin tones.

Our products are tested under dermatological control, however each skin is different and may react or not tolerate an ingredient. We therefore advise you to stop using it.

The shelf life (from the date of opening) is indicated on the products (number indicated on the small jar of cream open at the back at the bottom of the product).

The delivery

We deliver all over the world.

For France :
- Colissimo at €3.95
- Chronopost at €9.90

For the European Zone:
Colissimo Europe from 10 to 20€

Hors Europe :
DHL international at 23.90€

- Colissimo France: 3 to 5 working days
- Chronopost France: 1 to 2 working days
- Colissimo Europe: 3 to 8 working days
- DHL international: 3 to 8 working days

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been validated.

My command

Once the order has been validated, it is unfortunately impossible to cancel it or add a product to it.

Once the order has been shipped by us, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Payment / Promotional code

We only accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

We work with a company specializing in Internet transactions, Stripe, which encrypts all your bank details, so payment is 100% secure.

You must enter the promo code in the "Discount code" box during the last step of the basket. Don't forget to click on "Apply" for it to be taken into account.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to apply the promo code once the order has been validated :(

Returns and Refunds

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of order. The product(s) must be intact and in its original packaging.

To obtain a return form, contact our customer service: hello@yolaine-paris.com.

For returns outside France, the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Our teams will process your return as soon as possible and you will be informed once the refund has been made.
